Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece reporting on Peter Micciche, 42, manager of stakeholder relations for the proposed Fairwinds liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Harpswell, a proposal announced last September by ConocoPhillips and TransCanada. Opposition in Harpswell has been vocal, surprising Micciche. He also works as a commercial fisherman and was chosen for the position because of his presumed ease at communicating with Mainers. Approval depends on a town vote in a few weeks.
