"New Entrepreneurs" piece with an interview with Wayne Danforth and Andre Poulin of PHD Consulting Inc. in Newport, an Internet consulting company that was founded in 2002 with partner Bob Heald. They focus on website design and anticipate $250,000 in second-year revenues. All three were laid off from the information technology section of Dexter Shoe. They operate two websites: downtownme.com, a directory for Maine businesses, and mainedirtbikes.com.
