Abstract

Susan and Gregor Davens, founders of Harborside Graphics Sportswear in Belfast, were named small business persons of the year by the Small Business Association at the Blaine House Conference on Small Business. The 20-year-old T-shirt screenprinting firm employs 100 people, and sells through a network of 17 sales organizations and 40 independent salespeople in the United States and abroad. The Davenses credit their employees for the business' sucess.
