Abstract

Tuesdays have been thick with tourists this summer, as the cruise ship Islandbreeze makes its weekly stop in Portland harbor. The vast majority of its 1100 passenger stay in Portland for the day. The passengers uniformly enjoy the Old Port, and stores -- especially those selling souvenirs -- have seen business explode on Tuesdays.
