Abstract

"Business Maine: Fishing Watch" piece on the declining value of Portland's fishing boats' total catch, which dropped in value by almost 30 percent from 2002 to 2003, although total catch was up; and Maine's lobster harvest, which was down 25 percent to 40 percent this summer.
