Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on an analysis of Gov. John Baldacci's proposed two-year budget by Chris Hall, vice president of the Maine State Chamber of Commerce. A major concern is Maine's continued policy of not conforming to some federal tax changes. Until the tax reform bill is passed, the total budget picture will not be clear.
