Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece reporting that John Massaua, director of the Maine Small Business Development Centers, recently testified before the U.S. Senate Small Business and Entrepreneurship Committee in Washington, D.C. Massaua defended the microloan program, and predicted that without an increase in funding, there would be diminished levels of technical assistance in Maine for 2006.
