Abstract

"Business Maine: Northern" piece reporting that Lincoln Paper & Tissue Co. recently began studying a $37 million plan to expand its mill in Lincolnville. The plan would enable the company, which now employs 360 people, to double its manufacturing capacity and hire more workers. If the plan moves ahead, the mill would increase its tissue production and shift emphasis away from paper production.
