Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on a potential bond package for the November ballot, noting that Gov. John Baldacci has proposed a $197 million plan. Both Republicans and Democrats expect a final package to be smaller than that. Rep. David Bowles, R-Sanford, said anything more than a double-digit package would be irresponsible.
