Abstract

"Focus: Western Maine" piece featuring an interview in question-and-answer format with Alison Hagerstrom, executive director of the Greater Franklin Development Corp. and creator of Church Street Commons, a joint economic development facility in Farmington that will house four organizations. Hagerstrom discusses the concept behind the Commons, and the benefits she hopes to see from sharing space with her economic and community development counterparts.
