Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece reporting that congressional aide turned consultant, Larry Benoit, 54, of Cape Elizabeth, and Kay Rand, former chief of staff for Gov. Angus King, have started BSSN Resources LLC, a consulting subsidiary of the Portland-based law firm Bernstein, Shur, Sawyer & Nelson. BSSN will provide government-related services, including lobbying, helping organizations promote positions on public issues, and advising clients seeking political office.
