Abstract

"Focus on Building & Real Estate" piece on New Gloucester developer Travis Soule, 41, and his proposed $21.5 million Island Point redevelopment of the Cowan and Libbey mills in Lewiston. The complex would include condos; office, retail, and commercial space; a hotel tower; and parking garages. Soule has worked with prominent Portland developer Michael Liberty and believes Lewiston-Auburn will grow as buyers get priced out of the Portland real estate market. Soule and his partner in Solo Properties, Lewiston-Auburn resident Vince Lobozzo, are developing the project in three phases. Details.
