Abstract

"Focus on Human Resources" piece containing an interview with MaineToday.com president Joe Michaud, on a recent deal between the Portland-based Blethen Newspapers and the Lewiston Sun Journal to combine the Sun Journal's help wanted ads with those on the Blethen Maine online home page, MaineToday.com. Michaud describes the benefits that will accrue to Blethen and its competitors with this new model, which he hopes will eventually include other Maine newspapers.
