According to Emerson, 300-500 patients in Maine are using telemedicine on a monthly basis to communicate with doctors, psychiatrists and social workers. Kno-Wal-Lin Home Care and Hospice in Rockland recently launched telemedicine services to improve case management of its patients. With a related article on the nonprofit Maine Seacoast Mission in Bar Harbor.
