"Focus on Building & Real Estate" piece on Bar Harbor's updating of its comprehe
"Focus on Building & Real Estate" piece on Bar Harbor's updating of its comprehensive plan and the enactment of a six-month moratorium on new subdivisions because of concerns about density and affordable housing.
