Abstract

"Focus: Building & Real Estate" piece featuring an interview in question-and-answer format with Andrew Nelson, a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis/The Boulos Co. in Portland. Nelson has been in charge of marketing Oakland's FirstPark business park for about 18 months. Large tenants at the park include PFBF Certified Public Accountants, and T-Mobile USA, which in 2004 agreed to build an 80,000-square-foot call center there. Nelson discusses the unique challenges to marketing a business park in central Maine.
