Abstract

"Business Maine: Midcoast & Downeast" piece reporting that a developer recently said he would buy the former Stinson Seafood property in Bath, even after city officials blocked his plans for condominiums at the waterfront site. Bruce Poliquin said he would continue working on his proposal for 40 townhouse-style condominiums and a small marina, in hopes that a later zone change may still be possible.
