Abstract

"From the Ground Up" piece on this year's Build Maine Award competition, in which three of five award-winning projects fit the small, specialized, "boutique" niche. Lisbon Falls-based ETTI installed a sewer main in Ogunquit without disturbing surrounding properties; CPM Constructors of Freeport took on the tricky restoration of the Watson Settlement covered bridge in Littleton, and Consigli Construction Co. Inc. restored the Victoria Mansion in Portland. With details on each project.
