Abstract

"Focus on Tourism and Hospitality" piece with an itinerary of the Scotia Prince ferry in the months since it ended its Portland-to-Nova Scotia runs in 2005. It was refurbished in South Carolina; used as a base for post-Katrina clean-up efforts in New Orleans; and traveled to Florida, Morocco, Italy, and Algeria, where the Algerian government is scheduled to take over the ship's charter.
