Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on federal approval of the controversial sale of the Maine portion of the Adelphia cable system to Time Warner, giving the company an 85 percent share of the cable market in Maine. Maine's attorney general Steven Rowe opposed the sale unless there were conditions attached to reduce the dominant market share of Time Warner.
