Abstract
"New Entrepreneurs" piece on Liz Leonard, co-founder with her husband Paul of Parkside Children's Learning Center in Bangor. The center provides child care for infants through age five. The couple did a lot of travel and research before deciding to start an independent business rather than buying a franchise. They hope to become accredited by the National Association of the Education of Young Children.
