Abstract

"Business Maine: Midcoast & Downeast" piece reporting that developers John Hall and Edwin Rogers have halted their plans to build high-end condominiums in Bath, blaming poor market conditions. Hall and Rogers had planned to build at least 24 condos valued at $750,000 apiece, but scrapped that plan when their 25 to 30 potential buyers dwindled to six. Instead, they plan to renovate the existing building into small retail shops, offices and apartments.
