Abstract
"Focus on Building & Real Estate" piece by John O'Dea, acting executive director of Associated General Contractors of Maine in Augusta. He says that the current energy crisis provides an opportunity for Maine to move forward with several proposed projects, including: Central Maine Power's transmission upgrade; Maine Public Service's transmission system upgrade; wind generation proposals; potential liquefied natural gas terminals; and the proposed East-West highway.
