Abstract

"Inside Out" piece on filling a need for better educated workers in order to attract new businesses to Maine. Maine's median age of 41.2 years is the highest in the nation. Additionally, 25 percent of students entering Maine high schools drop out of school, and another 50 percent do not go on to college.
