Abstract

"Focus on Banking & Finance" piece on a proposed merger between Augusta-based KV Federal Credit Union and Kennebec Savings Bank, a merger that would be the first of its kind in Maine. The Maine Credit Union League opposes the merger of a bank and a credit union, which has only five precedents nationwide.
