Abstract

"By the Numbers" piece on the largest Maine Technology Institute grants, ranked by amount received per grant award in 2008. The largest five of the 15 listed, ranked in descending order, are: the University of Maine Advanced Engineering Wood Composites Center in Orono, the University of Maine Forest Bioproducts Research Technology Center in Orono, The Jackson Laboratory in Bar Harbor, the University of New England in Portland, and Seldon Technologies Inc. in Windsor.
