"New Ventures" piece on Dara Reimers, owner of the Bread Shack bakery in Auburn. She competed in an artisan bread competition in Paris, the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, where representing the U.S., she finished third in her category. She has been invited back to compete in the individual World Baking Cup.
