Abstract

"From the Ground Up" piece on how the slow and cumbersome regulatory process of the Maine Public Utilities Commission is costing Central Maine Power time and money and keeping new construction jobs out of the pipeline. CMP is attempting to upgrade the state's aging power grid by moving forward with its Maine Power Reliability Project.
