Abstract

"Focus on Health Care" piece on the challenges of providing affordable health insurance for small businesses in a rural state like Maine. Rural businesses tend to have fewer health insurance options and less bargaining power than their urban counterparts. Even the state's Dirigo Choice product was unaffordable for many.
