Abstract

Bangor International Airport, which is host to three military charter airlines, has found itself in competition with Portsmouth International Airport. That airport waived its service fees to attract two of Bangor's airlines, although Omni Air decided to stay with BIA. Bangor International cannot lower its fees, because it would have to extend the same advantage to all its airlines. Portsmouth has just one other small carrier.
