The top five of the 12 listed are, in descending order: Peter Chalke, president of Central Maine Healthcare Corp. in Lewiston; Vincent Conti, CEO of Maine Medical Center in Portland; William Caron, president of MaineHealth in Portland; Robert Clough, surgeon at Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor; and Richard Cochran, physician at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston.
