Abstract

"From the Ground Up" piece on the Maine Chapter of Associated General Contractors' annual meeting, where members learned that 3,400 construction jobs have been lost in the past 12 months and that Maine has only added 44,000 people in the past decade and 56 "net" new jobs. AGC also hosted the first debate of the 2010 gubernatorial campaign season, billed as "Building the Road to the Blaine House."
