Abstract

"Focus on Northern Maine" piece how the federal Northern Border Regional Commission will use priorities identified by Mobilize Maine's asset-mapping project as a blueprint for how to invest in the economic development of Aroostook County. Aroostook County, by dint of its median household income, qualifies for inclusion as one of 36 counties in four states whose economic development NBRC is charged with improving. With details on the initiatives NBRC is considering.
