Abstract

"Capitol Update" piece on the state's tax amnesty program, which by Nov. 30 had brought in $8.1 million, short of the expected $10 million. Last year's program brought in $16.2 million, well over the $9 million projected. In 2003, a similar program brought in $37.6 million.
