Abstract

"Newsworthy" piece with a profile of Jane Mount, president of Digital Research Inc. of Kennebunk, who credits dedication to innovation to helping her marking research firm win the national EXPLOR Award, beating out eBay and ANZ, New Zealand's national bank. DRI shared the award with client American Water and its research supplier, ThinkVine. DRI was an earlier adopter of online surveying and research, has a staff of 30, and a client base that includes Disney, Dunkin Donuts, and the Maine Office of Tourism.
