Abstract

"Focus on Real Estate/Construction/Design" piece on MaineHealth's renovation of the former Sears & Roebuck department store at 110 Free Street in Portland into a corporate headquarters. Working with Harriman Architects, the $15 million renovation was completed in 14 months, turning a once windowless building into an 89,000 square-foot space that now features a light-filled interior atrium.
