Abstract

The new East End Children's Workshop on Portland's Munjoy Hill is the work of a partnership among business, government, and independent local agencies. Director Linda Hogan has assembled a collection of services so that low-income families can have all their needs met under one roof. She plans to have about 100 children and 100 to 200 adults in the Workshop each day.
