Abstract

"Capitolism" column on state legislative bills regulating automobile safety. L.D. 423 would require drivers to put their headlamps on when they operate thir windshield wipers; L.D. 711 would require headlights to be on at all times, as required in Canada; and Public Law 115, which Governor Angus King has already signed, amends the law regarding fog lights.
