Abstract

"Focus Employment/HR & Benefits" piece on how a Maine theater group uses improvisation to help companies train supervisors to handle difficult workplace issues and create safer and healthier workplaces. The Marti Stevens Interactive Improvisational Theater, based in Falmouth, presents tailored improvisational scenarios to employees of companies, such as the members of the Portland V Self-Insured Workers Comp Trust, on issues that include workplace violence, discrimination, and harassment.
