"By the numbers" piece on mergers/acquisitions involving Maine companies, ranked by deal value, 2011. The top three, out of the eight listed, are, in descending order: Hunting PLC, UK, which acquired Dearborn Precision, Fryeburg; Idexx Laboratories Inc., Westbrook, which acquired RADIL, Columbia, Missouri; and WEX Inc. which acquired rapid! PayCard, Tampa, Florida.
