Abstract

“On the Record” piece features an edited transcript of an interview with Jill Strauss, owner of Jillyanna's Woodfired Cooking School on Kennebunkport. A former public school teacher, Strauss launched her specialty pizza-making school after studying at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I., and in Italy.
