Abstract

“Focus Augusta/Waterville” piece on developer Paul Boghossian and his restoration and development of the Lockwood Mills Complex in Waterville, as well as his efforts on behalf of the city of Waterville, which include bringing back the Robert LaFleur Airport and arguing for improved pedestrian access to downtown. The former Hathaway Shirt factory, the largest of the Lockwood Mills buildings, boasts fully occupied apartments and about 80% occupancy rate of its office and retail space.
