HR experts say that communication is key to minimizing staff stress as well as decreased productivity. With special focus on Jeffrey Gosselin, who switched to a smaller community bank after his previous employer, Banknorth, was acquired by TD Bank, and on the merger of Dead River Co. with Webber Energy Fuels.
