Hatching a Future.
"Focus Greater Bangor" piece on Target Technology Incubator in Orono, an innovation center that provides space for startup companies. Evan Richert, Orono's town planner, believes these kinds of innovative companies can spark new businesses and create job opportunities which will keep young people in the state. The University of Maine's Foster Center for Student Innovation is involved in administering the incubator which provides low rent space, shared printers, and support and advice. With details on the five startup tenants: Advanced Infrastructure Technologies, Cerahelix, Double Blue Sports Analytics, Environetix, and Zeomatrix.
