Five Maine economists -- Charles Colgan of USM's Muskie School, Joel Johnson of the Maine Center for Economic Policy, J. Scott Moody of the Maine Heritage Policy Center, Amanda Rector the Maine state economist, and Jonathan Reisman of the University of Maine Machias – predict what is in store for Maine in 2014.
