Abstract
“On the Record” piece is an edited transcript of an interview with Art Boulay, this year’s recipient of the Ray Geiger Award, given by the Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce. Boulay speaks about his work offering free behavioral appraisals to veterans. Boulay and the Chamber recognize that many veterans have found it challenging to get work in a tight job market and want to help them make the transition back into the work force.
