Abstract

“On the Record” piece is an edited transcript of an interview with Cicely Pingree, North Haven filmmaker and restaurateur whose films “Meet Your Farmer” and “Betting the Farm” featured Maine’s small farms. She discusses the importance of the farm-to-table movement, the collapse of MOO Milk, and her renovation of historic Calderwood Hall in downtown North Haven.
