Abstract

“Focus: Midcoast/ Down East” piece on digital data collection and lobstermen. Susan Corbett, CEO of Axiom Technologies in Machias, has been working to develop an online data collection system for lobster fishermen. Data reporting is a requirement of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission. The online program is called MAPOnline. Axiom is also working with blueberry farmers.
