Abstract

Federal science funding is beneficial to Maine companies, but qualifying is problematic and therefore, can limit entrepreneurial activity. Kevin Strange, president of MDI Biological Laboratory in Salisbury Cove outlines a strategy his company employs for its faculty and staff that enables them to be eligible for the funding.
