Abstract

Seattle-based Areteaus Realty Trust purchased office buildings in Augusta and Auburn that house kidney dialysis centers, a growing need in the health treatment sector. Areteaus is involved with the construction, tenant build out and operations of 100-plus dialysis clinics and other health care real estate projects across the country.
